[SOLVED] i5- 9400F temps randomly rising

I bought a new pc some months ago and I think the idle temps are a little too high. They are at about 55C when idle and at 63C when watching youtube or using chrome. But today it randomly started to rise to 75C when watching Twitch. I cannot control the cpu fan with any software btw. It's a pre-built pc and I hate that. The computer is LENOVO IdeaCentre T540

Those would likely be relatively normal temps for a 9400F under load cooled by a factory Intel cooler, IMO...; if the noise is problematic, there are a few Dark Rock or Scythe coolers about $45-$50 that are more than adequate if you case's interior dimensions/width allows for chosen cooler's mounting height...
