I have an Intel i5 9400f with a 2.9 Ghz and 4.1 Ghz turbo boost. What should I do to increase the core clock from 2.9 Ghz to the 4.1 Ghz, I am new to all these stuff sooo sorry if its a stupid question. Thanks in advance!!

it's mean your CPU is capable of 4.1ghz (without oc)
