I was going to install a coolmaster 212 evo but some people say it wont be good enough, even at stock speeds, can someone recommend a fan that will at that price range?

If your into overclocking, Noctua NH-D15/Dark Rock Pro 4 air coolers or any 120/240mm radiator from a reputable brand such as coolermaster, corsair, evga, nzxt. If you don't wanna overclock. you'd be good with a Noctua NH-L9x65 or a Cryorig H7.
.

Is the cryroig really that much better than the 212, its $70 more, a bit less bulky I guess and has less rpm.

Its like 36 bucks on Newegg. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565&ignorebbr=1&source=region&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-CRYOSTORE-_-CPU+Cooling-_-9SIA4UF2DZ6565&gclid=Cj0KCQjwkoDmBRCcARIsAG3xzl99FnxxkW5ZVPqSWhRqHj7AuOdmS5nq0yXDJq6IvLA_TgZbfvOJR28aAo1gEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

The 212 isn't bad but its a very old design and there are better options like the H7 which is significantly better for the extra 10 or 15 dollars.
