[SOLVED] I5 9600k Hits 800Mhz at randomly (No Overclocking)

When i run HWmonitor , my Cpu speed jumps from 4.4MHZ to 800MHz at random , 30*C temperature, not overclocked new PC build, gigabyte Aorus z390 ultra motherboard. Any idea why thats happening is this normal, i have no problems with games fps drops and stuff , all my temperatures are normal. PSU is 750W

At idle it will down clock itself to save power and run cool.

So its nothing with defect CPU ? like im jsut using googlechrome and it goes from 4.4 to 800 at random times as im monitoring ? So i don't have to worry about anything ?

Its normal, no need to worry.

Go to your power options and turn it to max power you will always be maxed out . I seen same thing with my pc and I left power management to balaced
