so my cpu is performing poorly constant stutters that make's games unplayable its turbo is at 4.29 GHz it will run fine for 5 minutes and then drop to 2 fps for a minute and it will keep doing it. Its paired with
gigabyte 2060
16gb corsair vengeance ddr4 3200
aio cooler h100i pro
power supply: corsair cv 550
board: asus prime Z390-P
when playing a game my temps are 43c on my cpu
60c on my gpu
Does anyone know how i can fix these stutters any info will help!
