i5 or i3 system

Hi guys,

I intend to build a desktop pc for structural 3D modelling and online gaming. I am just wondering which one below is better, would you please advise?

The prices are in AUD.

Sort of both of them....

You need the i5, much better than an i3
the cheaper motherboard will perform the same as the expensive one, so stick with the h110
you need dual channel RAM, so get a 2x4GB kit of RAM (or even better, 2x8Gb kit)
have a look at the toms hardware PSU tier list to find a better power supply - tier 3 should be fine.
Consider an SSD as well as the HDD - makes a huge speed improvement

Also might want to switch to a different 3TB drive. Supposedly the 3TB from seagate have been known to have issues.

Update* DO you have better options for the PSU?

Are you sure I can't tempt you to get a Samsung Evo SSD?
My PC starts up in 20 seconds, all programs open instantly, Windows updates take seconds.....
