i5 or i7 for cs go

Rx 470 4gb or
I5 6500
Rx 480 8gb?

Mainly playing CS GO, sometimes GTA V. What is better of this two options? Or maybe to go with i7 and rx 480. Is big different between i7 and i5 for cs go?

The 480 definitely over the 470

The CPU is a bit trickier.
The extra cores of the i7 won't do you much good unless you stream your matches as well.
However, the 4790k has stronger individual core performance, which does help (although it really should push you from "well enough" to "way more than enough").
Is there a reason you're not comparing it to the i5-6600k or an i5-7600k even?

But I'd definitely go for the i5+480 combi

AMD RYZEN will be released in a few weeks, released info/rumors say 8 threaded processors for the price of Intel i5's. Might be worth waiting a bit.

4790k and 6500 is going with cooler, because of that im comparing this two

an i5-7500 + a Rx480 would do fine
