i5 vs i7 for a gaming PC

Hello everyone. I am building a gaming PC, and I would like to know if the i7 will any better then an i5 for such a thing. I will mostly be gaming, surfing the web, and watching netflix/twitch. Should I spend an extra on a 4790k?

In most games, there will be little to no difference between a i5 and i7.

i7 = streaming, video editing/rendering
i5 = gaming
