You can use intel ark to compare processors.

Both are good, little difference for gaming. The laptop with the better cooling could be the better gamer. You can’t really compare laptops on specs alone, you need to look at reviews.
I7 obviously is better.ok thanks but which one would be better?
the rtx 2060 with i5 10300h or rtx 2060 with i7 10750h?
i completly agree with checking reviews, but looking into cooling. My first gaming laptop had an i5 8300h and A GTX 1050ti + 8Gb ddr4. my cpu held the whole opperation back because of its low clock speed, (2.3 Ghz).I7 obviously is better.
Did you check cpu comparison link?

Matoo69,
Go for the i7 without question also the "H" stands for High performace Graphics embedded on the cpu chip but this doesnt matter if you have an RTX 2060. Look, Laptops are made for portablity and battery life while gaming desktops dont care about power consuption and Area they take up. Just make sure you keep the laptop where it will have good ventilation and DONT let it get clogged up with dust or grime.. Then you will be fine, also change the thermal paist every year or 8 months, (Look up a totourial on that one)
Looks good to me, What games you going to play on it? It should handle most gamesThis is the link of laptop

Looking at the Exhausts of the Laptop and its thickness the cooling will be just fine. It look like it is sturdy and surely wont bend or flex. Laptop displays, especally on gaming laptops are always great even if they are only 1080p 60. This laptop has 144hrs refresh rate so its good. Like I said before, cooling is your only issue and you have that one solved with a cooling mat. Finnaly, all of those games will run just fine (60 fps+).

No, and stop using that word.
It does not mean what you think it means.
