[SOLVED] I7-10700 capped 800mhz in some games.

Hello, every one.

I7-10700 is acting weird the CPU speed capped at 800Mhz all core while playing games.
while the temp is around 50-60 C

The rest of my spec

rx 5700xt
3200 8*2
Msi z490 gaming plus
psu 750m cx

it's only happening in some games

like COD warzone and PUBG (what I've found at the moment)

should I be concern about this?
what should I do to fix this?
does this ever happening to you guys?

It happened to me too, our CPU and motherboard are the same, did you solve it?

With some WIndows updates, potential conflict with game patches, GPU driver patches, etc., I'd first:

Uninstall the game in question...
Apply all Windows updates (no one wants to reinstall everything then have a pending update potentially nuke over something)
Delete/Reinstall Z490 chipset drivers
Reinstall game, retest?

Go to cpanel and power options and choose performance plan and choose your time to sleep or not to. Also you can disable C States in BIOS as well.🤷‍♀️💯✝

It was from msi dragon center! Just disable gaming mode and set senario to balanced!
It limit cpu frequency to 800MHz when you run games!!!!!!!
