Question i7-10700k Underperforming

Hello,

Recently, I have bought the Lenovo Legion T7 34imz5 with the following specs:

• CPU: i7-10700k
• GPU: RTX 3070
• PSU: 650W
• RAM: 2 x 8GB DDR4 3200MHz
• Board: Lenovo 3715

After running multiple benchmarks, it turned out that my CPU is underperfoming. UserBenchmark said it was "performing way below average" and 3DMark rated it with a score of 8k while similar CPUs score around 11k. My CPU temperatures do not go above 70 degrees under heavy load, so I do not think it is a thermal throttling issue.

Could anyone tell me what might be wrong with my setup?

Latest BIOS has been installed from the Lenovo support website and I did a fresh OS install & updated it right away.

You can only solve the issue by reflashing the bios with the same bios update. For temperature there is no way to increase TDP level that is too low for that cpu. Lenovo has stucked these parameter in the bios and we can't change anything.
