Question I7-10750H running hot on laptop ?

I currently have a laptop with:

RTX 3060
i7-10750H
16gb ddr4 3200 mhz RAM

When I'm gaming it runs rather warm to hot. In games like Outriders im mid 80's spiking to low 90's C and just want to know if this is normal and what I can do to help lower this. I've done a slight undervolt and it seems to have helped a little but would reducing PL1 and PL2 also help to lower my thermals?

For a gaming laptop that’s actually not bad. Many quickly get up to 100c and then throttle.
