Question i7-11700KF - Core 3 and 6 Temps 80* higher

I recently put together a PC with a i7-11700KF and a AIO cooler. Core 3 and 6 seem to be 80* higher at idle then the other cores. I tried re-applying thermal paste to the CPU and resetting the waterblock 3 times now with no difference.

This is idle
CPU Core - 29.5* C
core 1 - 28.0* C
core 2 - 29.0* C
core 3 - 102.5* C
core 4 - 15.0* C
core 5 - 22.0* C
core 6 - 104.0* C

This is after running prime95 for 10 minutes
core 1 - 58.0* C
core 2 - 43.0* C
core 3 - 101.5* C
core 4 - 15.0* C
core 5 - 23.0* C
core 6 - 102.0* C

Does this make sense to anyone? I'm debating on just putting a heatsink and fan one to see if they even out.. maybe the waterblock isn't completely smooth or something???

I get the feeling you're reading the wrong sensors... like those darn motherboard sensors that bloody HW Monitor likes to pack together, that cause some users to mistake them for core temperatures.
Use hwinfo instead.

Good call. With HWiNFO I see consistent temps.
