What is the minimum radiator size I need to quietly cool a 13700K (no OC) and a 3080 VENTUS 3X 10G OC (no OC)? Will a Corsair XR7 480mm be enough with 4 Noctua NF-P12 120mm fans in a push setup? I prefer silence over peak cooling while gaming. I want to remove my current 140mm rad in the rear to provide better case airflow.

Current system:
  • Fractal Design Define 7 XL
  • ASRock Z370 Extreme4 LGA 1151
  • i7-8700K (delided; 4.8GHz OC; ave temp under load 66C)
  • 3080 VENTUS 3X 10G OC (no OC; ave temp under load 51C)
  • G.SKILL TridentZ DDR4 3200 (4 x 8GB)
  • Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 NVMe (1TB)
  • Samsung 960 PRO M.2 NVMe (512GB)
  • Corsair XR7 480mm (front)
  • Corsair XR5 140mm (rear)
  • Corsair XD5 pump
  • 4x Noctua NF-P12 120mm (intake push rad)
  • 2x Noctua NF-A14 FLX (1 intake, 1 exhaust push rad)
  • 3/8", 1/2" soft tubing

If you are talking about full custom water cooled loop, 480 radiator is enough without overclock.
I only have 360 radiator with quiet arctic fans to cool both CPU and GPU.
If you checked other loops, you saw that a lot of people use more than that, usually something like 2 360 or 240 + 360. That is suitable for a very good overclocking. Your PC will be heavy as hell though.
