Please keep it to 1 thread.
My bios auto set the cpu voltage to 1.64 and i heard it kills the cpu faster

I tried to change the voltage but it keep getting bsod.

What should i do to lower the voltage?

Need help..didnt know a thing about bios 🙏

I7 14700k
Msi pro z790-p wifi
32gb ddr5

That's very excessive voltage, if accurate, even for auto standards. Can you post screenshots of available settings in BIOS pertaining to the CPU(voltage, current CPU related settings) so we can try to figure this out. Also, in Windows, I would see what 3rd party software has to say, such as HWInfo64. Latest UEFI version installed?

Update the bios just now and the vcore change to 1.02 for default

The problem is i cant boot to windows unless i change it to 1.6 like before

Already reseat the cmos same thing

Ok. Auto isn't taking to near 1.6 on its own anymore? Voltage can swing greatly on auto defaults depending on cores used and load. Lighter loads will have higher voltage and shouldn't be harmful at stock.

Are you attempting to overclock? Are Intels's power limits enabled, no multicore enhancement on by default?

Yup not anymore its like 1.3v now after bios update.

Im not trying to overclock. It just that auto voltage set to 1.6v and when i update bios the voltage going down and it keep crashing/bsod.

When i change back to 1.6v everything okay
