i7 2.4 GeForce 650m Game use only 20% of CPU and GPU

Hello, please help me with this issue.
I havent problems with other games, but only with DAYZ

The problem is that i have 15-20 fps on lowest settings,
but in a different PC with i5 3.0 and Geforce 650 i have 60 on max settings and 2X resolution
The config almost same,
The reason is that my laptop use only 20%of GPU and CPU while other PC use 60 CPU and 99 GPU

My Specs
Laptop Dell Inspiron 7720
SSD i7 2.4 8 gb ram GeForce 650m 2gb

Second PC
i5 3.0 8 Gb ram GeForce 650 2gb

Just tell me where to look for a problem

The problem is that the Arma 2 engine which Dayz runs on only uses one core. It is just a badly optimized game and will be limited by the low clock speed of your laptop i7 CPU.

looks like you right, don`t know why Bohemia wont use Hypertreading and other things to boost performance of this engine. Their games don`t work on consoles so they will not loose market

Worth to mention. 650 is not the same as 650m. Mobile versions of graphics cards are significantly slower. For example gtx 680m performs even worse than gtx 660.
