This is my first build, but I'm pretty sure I've got everything physically connected properly. I'm running a Gigabyte EX58-UD5 with bios f7, and my settings are: 19x190 with voltages on Auto, (currently 1.376). I tried lowering the Vcore lower to something like 1.276, but it would auto shut down when I tried to run Prime 95, so it's back to Auto voltage. My room did get up to 36C ambient when I was running this, but currently at 32.3C and I'm still idle average of 45C. With Prime 95 running, i'm seeing temps of 83-87C after 30 min, and that's kinda freaking me out. For some reason, my i7 won't run at 3.6 no matter how i arrange the multiplier or the Bus, but it loves running at 3.8/3.99 after the +1 kicks in. Can anyone with my Mobo and an i7 at 3.6 tell me what to do??? I would be extremely grateful.

I tried only lowering the Vcore to 1.25 and it failed, and then i bumped it up to 1.3 which lasted a bit longer, but it still failed once i started Prime 95. But I'll try raising the gpi when i get home today. How much should i raise it above default?
