i7 3370 core temp

my CPU is getting very hot ( i think it is dunno what is the standard of the CPU temps )
i get a average of 55~60 c when idle
and 60~70 c while gaming
but when i go with some benchmarks
my CPU hit 81~85 c when CPU Utilization get 100%
is this normal ?

that should be fine as the cpu wont throttle until around 95C
