24GB 1866 MHz DDR3
Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 8GB OC

No. In fact you could go up to the GTX 1080 ti if you wanted as long as you played at 4K. But you probably play at 1080p.

Yes, i haven't got time for playing a lot anymore and I prefer 1080 at higher framerates.

My second rig has a RX480/3770 16GB while my main rig has a 32GB 6700kOC@ 4.8ghz GTX1070 FTW OC@ 2100 Boost. I was also checking around to see if my 3770 wasn't a bottleneck figured it wasn't since Witcher 3 is using the RX480 at 99-100% when i turn off Vsync.
