hello guys . i need some one who's expert in motherboard and cpu to help me !

i am going yo upgrade my pc
i have now an p8h61 asus mother board here is the link to it : http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61/

and an 720w psu gigabyte here is the link to it : http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3045#sp

so i want to upgrade to i7-3770 non k ,
and i was thinking about my mobo , i found it somehow old
so the qusiton is : could i pair my old mobo with an i7-3770 and update my bios ( though i hate this i never done anything with bios )

or i have another mobo avialbe where i live ( in syria ) , we dont have many mobo but i found a http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4151#ov

gigabyte b75m-d3v ultra durable

if i bought this one and inserted the i7-3770 non k

do i have to update the bios in the motherboard , though it doesnt say anything so i guss its rev 1.0

yeah and by the way i am holding a gtx 970 asus strix on hold , waiting to chose a mobo , so i would really love to know what do you guys think

and one last thing i heard gigabye have a problem with old screen ? is that true ?
becouse i have this one here : http://www.cnet.com/products/lg-l1719s-lcd-monitor-17/specs/

and one more thing if i used this screen which is 1024p , which is basicly under 900p and up 720 p by a little

could an i5-4440 with mobo asus h81 pluse be enough ?

i could do that to ! couse i have h81 too

realy want some answer i am a nob
thanks

i7-3770 is supported if your bios level is 3602 or higher.
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61/HelpDesk_CPU/
When you boot, you should see the current bios and revision level on the bios specs panel.
CPU-Z will also tell you this info.

I imagine the gigabyte motherboard would be ok too, they are both lga1155.

i5-4440 is lga1150 which is not compatible with a 1155 motherboard.
