Hi, im running a I7 - 3770 "non k" on my pc with stock cooler, this are my temps:

Idle:
39 Minimum - 45 Average.

Gaming load (The witcher 3 - 1 hour test):
66 Minimum - 69 Average - 80 Maximum.

Full load (Cinebench test):
94 Average - 98 Maximum.

Rig:

R9 290 Sapphire Vapor X.
8gb Ram 1333.
Asus P8B75-M/CSM motherboard.
EVGA 750W Bronze Power Supply.
Kingston SSD 128gb.
WD HDD 1TB.
Phantom NZXT 240 Case (3 120mm fans, 2 push, 1 pull).

Room temps:
Around 28ºC.

Questions:

1. ¿How f... up am i?

2. If i put one of the 120mm push fans from the front (the second one doesnt push a lot of air because of the design of the case: https://sta3-nzxtcorporation.netdna-ssl.com/assets/images/_originals/phantom-240-case-white-black-front-left.jpg) pulling in the top of the case, it will improve my CPU temps?

3. This rig is mean for gaming - some video editing, Photoshop and 3d Modelling-Rendering. (I know its not THAT AMAZING but its the best that i was able to get with my money outside of the US). Should i go for 16gb of ram for the non-gaming work first? or maybe for a better cooling solution? (I have another build with the same case and i was able to fit a Kraken X41 with some small mods for screws on the top, sadly the 212 Evo was too big... just 1-2mm pushing the glass).

The temps on the rest of the components seem fine. (GPU never goes above 76ºC on full load while gaming).

Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english.

The 212 EVO will do just what you need it to; just make sure it fits your case.

as far as your temps, after reseating your heatsink and reapplying paste, they look normal.
The best case that your idle temps is approximately 5C above ambient. If your system is hitting above 70C routinely, then you either need a better cooler or you need to downgrade an overclock. Those temps are going to shorten the lifespan of the processor.

A reapplication of thermal grease may also remedy the situation.

If you are looking for something better than the stock cooler, but don't want to spend a lot of money, check this out...

I use this on all my non-OC'ed cpu's and it does fine. For slightly better preformance, replace the included thermal paste with a better quality one like IC-Diamond and your temps will lower a few degrees more. It's also quieter than the stock cooler!

i decided to reapply the thermal paste, the temps went down 10-15ºc on full load, gaming 60ºc stable 1 hour and idle 40ºc (some cores running on 36ºc). I understand i still need the aftermarket cooler but.. at least its normal now for a stock cooler?

yep i know, the problem is that i live outside of US, and in my city its hard to find something different from EVO 212, T4 or NIC C5. (water cooling its a little bit more variated), newegg doesnt ship to my country and the other online stores add a lot of taxes and shipping prices soo... its nearly the same money that i would spend here on a big or medium cooler.

I've heard similar circumstance from people in Brazil. I've had a couple of people wanting advice on bringing components back to Brazil in carry-on luggage (I'm certainly not an expert on dealing with customs and import taxes).

But I do get many questions from people in India, and I can make specific component recommendations from an online retailer in India.

This thread is on the topic on world wide on line component sales.
