i7 3770 undervolt

so i have dell optilex 9010 motherboard ( i could only find out that my motherboard is from dell optilex 9010 nothing more ) paired with i7-3770 cpu i want to undervolt my cpu by ~0.075v so it won't have much problems and give better temps currently my i7 3770 is running at 90c max while i was stress testing it for 10 minutes so undervolting it would be a few c drop that would be nice.
intel xtu wont allow me to undervolt my cpu bios too so what can i do ?

Get a better cpu cooler obviously.

If you want to undervolt but that is not possible and cpu temperatures are too high,
then get a better cpu cooler and improve cooling inside pc enclosure (add more fans, get a better enclosure).

@SkeNetRising i am getting 212 evo in ~1 week it will reduce temps by 10c-25c , but why is undervolt not possible ? because of mobo ?

Because motherboard BIOS doesn't have options to change cpu voltage. You said it yourself.
