Question I7-3770k Cooling And Overclocking

Motherboard- P8Z68V LX
CPU- I7-3770k overclocked to 4Ghz
Cooler- Dark Rock 4 Pro

Room temp about 20c

Idle temp 40c
Full Load temp 75c

Today I builded this setup and I am afraid that I put too little thermal paste.. :/
These temps are good ? Can I overclock more ?

Looks a bit high, but that depends on the voltage.

The amount of thermal paste should be about the size of a grain of rice before the cooler flattens it.

I put about that much this is first try .. I remove it cause I accidentally lift cooler side trying to put screw
Second try I didn't take picture , but it was about same maybe a little bit less and off center cause from first try I saw that circle was too low so I put dot a bit higher

I found that if I pull cpu cooler down temps drops to 60C on full load , heat pipes on full load is about 30-40C

reapplied thermal paste and temps on full load is now 67C (4 Ghz )

Much better. That's right where you'd expect.

Not trying to one up you, but my i5-3570K is running 4.2GHz @ 1.16V. Just a reference.

my cooler somehow don't get that heat

I think thermal paste is bad inside cpu...

I used this thermal paste ( Not from aliexpress)

4.5Ghz
Voltage 1.168v (increased voltage by 0.100 v)
