I7 3770k Fps Issues while livestreaming 1080P?

Hey Guys, I recently picked up an i7, 3770k and I installed it successfully and put new thermal paste on and everything woot! My cpu usage is less than 60% while livestreaming games on 1080P HD. My temps are all under or around 60 degrees but my ingame fps is stupidly low. Is there something I may have forgotten or need to do to increase the fps? IF you need any information just ask ill respond asap Thanks in advance. BTW the fps ingame is less than 30 normally.

It's normal. 3770ks are beasts. What is your graphics card?
