i7 3770k my tops out at 80c

Hi now I run a i7 3770k with boost to 3.9 ghz and have a gigabyte GTX 780 3x windforce not the temps of my i7 reach in MEGA multiplayer gaming bf3/4 planetside2 80-81 has not gone further using Artic cooler Freezer 13 and my gaphics card reaches temps of 75-80 Now i'm pretty sure i'm fine and in no way damaging my components But i would like to be sure from other people's opionions

That's well within Intel's thermal threshold for that processor, could be lower, but you aren't going to damage it or shorten its lifespan to any appreciable degree.

Your video card temperature is perfectly normal as well, you're all good!

Yeah i built it properly i hope lol NO seriously i'm getting no interuptions in games processoer cools down pretty quickly when i come out of games remember i'm not using liquid cooling and i am boosting to 3.9hhz

it seems there is likely to much heat building up in your case.
although the processor has a high threshold before malfunctioning and starting a fire your mother board has other components on it that will quickly show they have been running that hot.
your video card temp is fine but optimal stability and real clock rate under load is reached with low temps as is the same for the cpu
u need 60c and under for decent stability and 50c in everything u do for optimal performance and stability overtime or u simply have to much heat to even really call it stable in my opinion
