Hello, I have been using this rig for 3 years and have constantly worried about my GPU temps and now that they're fine I'm worrying about my CPU temps.

I have an i7 3770k @ 3.9GHz with the stock cooler and no thermal paste to my knowledge (which is bad I know). In very intense situations CPU3 and CPU4 hit 69 degrees celsius maxiumum. CPU1 and CPU2 hit around 63-67. Is it safe to have them at 69 degrees for a sustained length of time?

Thanks!

I am using MSI Afterburner by the way and I just checked my temps without playing a game:
CPU1: Max 50 Deg
CPU2: Max 50 Deg
CPU3: Max 53 Deg
CPU4: Max 53 Deg
CPU5: Max 51 Deg
CPU6: Max 51 Deg
CPU7: Max 50 Deg
CPU8: Max 50 Deg

Is MSI Afterburner working correctly? The temps jump EVERYWHERE according to MSI Afterburner. Within 10 seconds they ranged from 30 deg to 48, no smooth transition, just jumps.

Thank you, and no, the stock cooler has been installed for nearly 3 years, since I bought it. But it would have had thermal paste on it when I first got it, but now it has probably worn off. I'm happy I have got nothing to worry about. Thanks! Awesome name by the way! Any other answers are welcome!
