Is this way too high? Room temp is about 78F. Its running on automatic voltage and stock turbo. At 3.9 its at 1.22v ish.
Also the temperature between the cores varies greatly. With the highest(second core) at 77 and lowest(fourth core) at 70. At idle, highest is at 43, and lowest is at 29C.
Is this just how the ivy processors are designed? Or did I not apply the thermo compounds correctly? I used the dot in the middle method as I always did. Using AS5. I know AS5 is not the best out there anymore, but it should still cut it just fine. In fact, this temperature is even higher than my old phenom IIx4 965. That idles at 34ish, and peak at 58C.
