I7-3770k Streaming Problems

hello, I have been trying to stream mine craft with my i 5 2310 and i would get 45 fps with X split streaming. I upgraded to an I 7 3770 K and I'm still getting the same problem. My Graphics card is a GTX 660 Ti it only runs my 660 ti at 30% load. I have checked my temps while streaming and i get around 60 c under 80-90% load. Any other info needed just ask.
