I get all manner of BSOD crashes when rendering video with Handbrake or sometimes even just editing video in PowerDirector. Here is my current build:

Intel Core i7-3820 3.6GHz 130W Quad-Core CPU
Noctua NH-U9B CPU Heatsink
ASUS P9X79 2011 Motherboard
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
32GB (8 x 4GB) Mushkin PC3 12800

Here is idling (using RealTemp 3.7):
Temperature (C)
46/43/45/50
Distance to TJ Max
54/57/55/50

Here are values from CPUID HWMonitor about 30 seconds before a recent crash:
Tjmax 100.0 °C
Core Speed 4675.2 MHz
Temperature 0 83 degC (181 degF) (Package)
Temperature 1 79 degC (174 degF) (Core #0)
Temperature 2 82 degC (179 degF) (Core #1)
Temperature 3 80 degC (176 degF) (Core #2)
Temperature 4 83 degC (181 degF) (Core #3)

I've tried messing a little with the Handbrake settings for rendering, but no luck yet, and wanted the opinion of this community before messing more.
Thanks

Thank you. I went into bios settings and set them to "optimized". Cores now run around 64C max when encoding. No crashes since. Will update if further crashes occur.
