I7-3820 Oveclocked vs 3930K

I currently have a I7-3820 clocked at 4.7ghz 50 degrees stable when gaming

Would it be a big performance difference with a 3930K and would it be worth the investment?

What i mostly do is game and render full HD videos and i would like to reduce the render time and maybe get a little performance boost in games but im no hardware god so to say

also if you have time what is it that makes a good performing cpu?

so far i love this chip but i picked it only cause it was the cheapest one not for the specs thats all Chinese for a swede like my self ^^

It isn't worth the investment. Any benefits wouldn't be realistically noticeable outside of a tiny, tiny increase in benchmarks.
