[SOLVED] i7 3828 Confusion

I have a i7 3828.. I can't find it on any cpu listing.. I bought a microATX motherboard because the sellers insisted that my processor will fit it..it doesn't.. just what motherboard will it fit in? What goos is the cpu if it isn't on any listing.. I can't tell if it's 3rd gen or what!

There's no xxx8. It's Sandy Bridge E. x79 chipset, LGA 2011 socket.
micro atx is merely the physical size of the whole board, the socket is far more interesting, and in this case phaaze88 believes that it is socket 2011, be aware that there are a few variants of the 2011 socket so check the cpu list for the mobo in question before you buy it.
