i7 3930k compatible with x99?

Hi Guys,
Currently I have an Intel Core i7 3930K C2 BOX, 6C/12T (LGA 2011, 3.20GHz, Unlocked) with an Asus Rampage IV Extreme which unfortunately has died.
Due to the fact that my CPU is functioning OK, and my DDR3 memories as well, I was wondering if I could buy a new x99 motherboard and if all remaining components will be compatible.

It seems like a waste of money if I need to purchase a new CPU, new memories and eventually a new cooler because of this bloody new socket.

Hopefully you could provide me with an answer and offer some alternatives.

CPU won't be compatible, neither the memory. (LGA 2011-v3 socket and DDR4 memory are supported for X99).

Thanks but unfortunately in Argentina it is not available. I see no choice but to move to x99. *sigh*
