So I decided to buy a new computer, while exploring the internet I found these two, both of them are pretty good so I couldn't choose which one, here are the specs:
The first one:

-Processor : Intel core i7 4770 3.4GHZ , 3.9GHZ en Turbo , 8Mb de cache, 8 threads
-Graphics Card : MSI Geforce GTX 960 4GB Armor X2
-RAM : 8Gb Kingston 1866MHZ DDR3

-Graphics Card : ASUS Geforce GTX 960 2GB DDR5 OC

So which one do you guys recommend ?

The first one is certainly better, especially when it comes to the PSU.

FYI, you can build an equivalent PC and save yourself about $150. If you switched the i7 for an i5 then you'd be saving around $300.

Welp I'd rather build a PC than buy a pre-built one, but the problem is they don't ship to my house ( they ship to my country but not to my city )

And by they I mean Amazon, the rest ship to Canada and/or the US

The i5 I referred to is the 4460. It isn't better than an i7, but it could still offer all the performance you need and save yourself a ton of cash.
