i7 4700MQ worth anything?

Hey guys, new here but I was wondering what the going rate is for a i7 4700MQ 6M Cache 3.4GHz I know it's an old chip now abs wondered I'd it's worth the effort of selling the reason I'm asking on here is because when looking them up I'm getting wildly different prices from 40-130. Thank you in advance if anyone can give me a more accurate answer.

Things that actually sold (use the filter) on E-Bay is the best answer for what people will actually pay for that CPU. Looks like $120 is a pretty reasonable expectation.
