i7-4710MQ cpu 2.50ghz drivers from 2009

I've drivers for my Intel cpu(i7-4710MQ 2.50ghz) that's from 2009 and it seems odd to me. So I tried updating it in device manager with no result, other than there was no new updates. My problem is that my cpu has 2.50ghz while this update has 3.50ghz?

I tried but for some reason, it wants to install a update for my intel graphic card and no options for the cpu
