how can i get the best performance of my cpu i7-4770 on my mobo gigabyte h81m-d2v in bios?

its a locked cpu (pretty sure, unless someone got a workaround ) on a locked chipset

your best bet is, if possible, oc ing the ram or using a xmp profile. And keeping the cpu cool so that it will turbo to its max frequency.

Other than that close all non essentail applications and use an app like starter to stop autolaunch apps.
