[SOLVED] i7-4770 with Asus B85M-G

Hello there,

So, Im no totally green in themes of PC building (Ive switched GPUs, MOBOs, fans, all sort of things) but there is one thing - Ive never switched CPUs. I want to upgrade my PC from i5-4570 to i7-4770, no need for something better now (lots of games from current-gen to play). But I fear the BIOS version on my MOBO. I went to Asus's official site: https://www.asus.com/pl/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/Business/B85MG/HelpDesk_CPU/ and for my i5 the BIOS version is the same as for i7. So, should I assume itll be okay, or I should expect surprises?

Just in case check your BIOS and make sure it is the same version listed in the website but I am sure that same gen CPU s use same BIOS version.
