i7 4770k bottleneck gtx 1070

Would my i7 4770k(3.5 GHz) be a bottleneck for my gtx 1070,should I get a new CPU,cant overclock due to shitty motherboard and cooling.Give me suggestions to what I should change and why

GPU:Gigabyte GTX 1070
CPU:i7 4770k(3.5GHZ)
Motherboard:H81mc
RAM:8GB DDR3 kingston ram
HDD:Seagate barracuda 1 TB
OS:Windows 10
PSU:Corsair VS650

That cpu could easily handle gtx1080 sli. A single 1070 is a cakewalk.
You can't OC, not because it's a s... y mobo, it's a H, not a Z, you're stuck.
