one more thing dude try to cold boot the system, rest the system for a while to cool up then boot it up . then take a look at the idle temp. in that way we can see if the h80 is causing the problem, maybe the problem the h2o is not flowing correctly or flows slowly
causing the temperature rise. so try to cold boot it so we can the temp before it rises. get my point?

dude its 65c is the max temp
44c is the idle its way too normal for some they idle at 35c and dont forget hes using an h80
there must be a problem somewhere

He states he is using a H80i, not H100i.
Beyond that, there is no information at all provided about ambient temperature, overclocks, usage scenario, case and cooling setup, etc.
Going by only the information provided, a max temperature of 65°C is perfectly acceptable.

yeah but 45 at idle is not acceptable with that kindda cooling it would be alot more comfortable if its less 40c @ idle maybe 38c

The important thing is that your max temp is ok, so there is no immediate danger.. For a point of reference, I get 30c at idle with my h100i and 65c at 100% load with my 4770k. Your idle temps could be influenced by the air flow and cable management in your case, do you have any case fans at work?

His idle temps could come from living in a really hot part of the world, having really bad case ventilation, a quiet fan profile or any of a number of reasons.
Without knowing anything at all other than what is in this thread, the only conclusion I can draw is that the CPU is keeping acceptably cool at load.
