i7 4770k Mobo

Hey everyone im here seeking help. My laptop recently started overheating badly so i decided to go for a completely new high end-ish system. I'm pretty set on everything else but i can't decide on which Z87 motherboard to get.

New PC:
Case: Fractal Design Define R4
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K Retail
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8gb(2x4gb) 1600mhz
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
Graphics Card: 2GB MSI GTX 670 Power Edition OC
PSU: 750W XFX Pro Black Edition
Optical Drive: LG DVD+RW
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Extra Case Fans: x2 140mm Fractal Design 1000rpm
Keyboard/Mouse: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 / Razer Deathadder 2013
Headset: Razer Carcharias
Monitor: 23.6" Asus VS247H

I have £150 maximum to spend on a motherboard. Also if anybody thinks i could replace something for cheaper but equal quality that would be cool. I'm open to any recommendations.
