i7 4770k Motherboard?

Hi , i just sold my old cpu/motherboard & i need a new cpu/motherboard.
i'm planning on buying the i7 4770k to with a gtx 780.
But now i need a 1150 motherboard.
What would be a good motherboard to also overclock the i7 4770k to 4.5, with a h100i.
Mobo under 200$ i wanted something blue to go with my blue ram.
Don't really care much about audio because i'll be using a 5.1 system .
Also will a tx650w PSU be ok for 4 Hard drive i7 4770k oc 4.5/gtx 780/16gb ram.
