i7 4770k overclock questions

i currently overclocked the cpu to 4.4ghz at 1.32V. What is a safe V? what should I keep my V under?
Also, does the tdp matter when overclocking?? should I leave it as it is or change??
And what is the safe temp of the cpu I should keep myself under? I am currently getting 64C at full load with prime95

You will have to test it out yourself unfortunately. From what I have seen people suggest using RoG bench for checking voltages since it gives a more accurate representation of what it is actually going on.

1.3 v. for Haswell is the absolute maximum. Reduce your Vcore.
