The i4771 features Intel® vPro Technology, SIPP, as well as Intel® TSX-NI not found in the i-7 4770k. The mentioned features are of more use to business user and most home users will not care or use them. The i-7 4770k is more for the home user / enthusiasts . It is unlocked for overclocking where the i7-4771 is not.
