i7 4790 and cm 212 evo help

Hello guys,
Im a bit concerned about my cpu temperatures with coolermaster 212 evo.

At full fan speed of the cpu, im getting 37 degrees idling, but at full load i get 90 after 3 minutes and it is slowly going up.

So my question is, what is wrong?

The case airflow is good btw, all the other components are good

Try to reseat your cpu cooler, check if you installed it correctly.
