i7 4790 and R9 390 temperatures

well i have an i7 4790 and msi R9 390,iam running msi afterburner for fps and usage but mostly temperatures,tell me please which are the <<normal>>temperatures for these two when they're under load and not under load ,which ones should worry me?

For CPU it depends on what cooler you have on it of course. But anyway, for the stock cooler about 70deg for both CPU and GPU under load. For idle, ~50 deg for GPU and probably a bit colder than that for CPU.

For the i7, don't worry about temps until they get into the 80s. For the 390, don't worry about temps until they get into the low 90s. That's in Celsius. Don't monitor in Fahrenheit.
