Hi, I am currently bidding on a i7 4790 (non k) and I seen there was something on one of the contactsm I asked him about it and he said it's 'supposed to be like that' I somehow doubt that but I am here anyway. I wouldn't buy that without seeing it in person. It could just be dirt or residue, it could be thermal paste he got all over it. or it could be oxidation which is bad. It definitely is not "supposed to look like that".
