i7 4790 (Non-K) a cooler for Cooler master k380 cabinate

hi there i am new in these forms

i want to talk about my PC m currently using Stock Fan and i am worried about the temperature of my processor while gaming
when i play cod advanced warfare after 35 min it reaches at 72 C (at Intel site it is mention that 72.72°C is max)
40-45 min it reaches till 78 C

so i started to search for a good fan so i found Cooler Master Hyper 212X Cooler or evo one are good one but my cabinet can support up to
CPU cooler height: 155mm / 6.1 inch
n CM Hyper 212x or evo have 120 x 79 x 158 mm / 4.7 x 3.1 x 6.2 inch
so it cannot support my cabinet and also i don't want to change my cabinet
and Zalman products are not available in India
so please suggest me some good fans
i was also thinking about Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO (is it good?? and will it keep my processor below 70 C??)

m Thinking of getting TX3 or TX3 EVO and will attach a 2nd fan other side for (push & pull configuration) (92mm)
and will add other cabinate FAns too (120mm)
anyone can replay me??? will i be abel to get less then 70°C???
