i7 4790k 1.31v?

my question is will my CPU (brand new) run for at least 3 yrs? im overclocking it to 4.9 right now pushing 1.31v, its stable and the peak temp after 5 hr stress test is 77. i wont use this setting 100% of the time, only when streaming or rendering.

shouldnt be any issue as long as good cooling

my 2600k was at 5ghz for almost 5 years before i sold it and its still going fine for the guy who bought it
