Nope, my pc isn't overclocked and yes, it had been working fine for at least 3 years.

Mhh, can you please explain the meaning of AIO Cooler? I know it means All in one but I don't how how to distinguish them, sorry.

And no, I can't see any damage.

 
Try to restore bios defaults first. It looks like the cpu throttles right away but i doubt those readings are accurate. It could be the mobo temp sensors being bad. If you have a setting in your bios about thermal monitoring try to change it and see what it does.

I actually don't feel anything there... The tubes aren't hot or cold and I can't feel any pump.

BIOS is already at its defaults. I noticed that just surfing the net doesn't afflict the speed, whereas playing games does.
I'll try changing that thermal monitoring setting, if it exists.
EDIT: It's now running at 1.20GHz just being here on Chrome. What a shame.
