i7 4790k + 980 vs i7 5820k gtx 970

i want something that will last a long time and still be able to run games years to come. (i dont want it to get outdated fast). i will upgrade the graphics card when needed, but i dont want to build a new system, what will last longer?

For gaming, definitely the i7 4790k plus the better graphics card (GTX 980)...... Honestly, there is really no difference between the 4790k and the 5820k in gaming as most games will not even utilize most of what those processors have to offer.. The better graphics card will surely help..

i will do alot of C4D. Photoshop, After Effects, and lots of other things
